Brauwn Clothing — Returns & Replacements

All items are made to order, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will make it right with a free replacement.
If a like-for-like replacement isn’t available (e.g., discontinued color/size), we’ll issue store credit (digital gift card) for the amount paid for the affected item(s) including standard shipping and tax where applicable. No cash refunds.

Not covered

Wrong size/fit, change of mind, or color preference

Minor color/placement variation inherent to printing

Wear/tear or damage from washing/misuse

Address errors entered at checkout

Packages marked Delivered by the carrier (please file a carrier claim)
Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 10+ days (U.S.), contact us—we’ll investigate and may send a replacement.
